This is the Durrington Walls, otherwise known as the "woodhenge." It is a Neolithic site near the famous Stonehenge in the Salisbury plain southwest of London, in England. The remains found by archaeologists were actually huge postholes that make up a 1,500-foot-wide site near the river Avon. The scientists speculate that it may have been part of a much larger habitation site.
